This Privacy Notice explains how Chennchuu Inc. d/b/a Om Labs ("Om Labs," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.

Applicability

This notice applies to Om Labs websites, product pages, research pages, waitlists, product interfaces, customer communications, demos, support interactions, and services that link to this notice. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Source: Forms, email, demos, support, contracts, and events.

Purpose: Communicate with you, respond to requests, manage accounts, and provide services.

Account and billing data

Source: You, your organization, payment processors, and product workflows.

Purpose: Administer subscriptions, invoices, authentication, access, and compliance obligations.

Usage and device data

Customer Data

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to security issues promptly.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, or satisfy the purposes described in this notice. Customers may request deletion of Customer Data, subject to legal, security, backup, and contractual limits.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors, service providers, AI model providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, payment processors, professional advisors, affiliated entities, and integration partners as needed to operate our business and services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

We may need to verify your request before responding. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, product functionality, or contractual commitments.

International Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your location. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about certain data practices, and to opt out of certain sharing or sales of personal information. We do not sell personal information as the term is commonly understood. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 18.

Children's Privacy

Our websites and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will investigate and delete it where appropriate.
